NDIS
NDIS
A defining feature of Back on Track is we want you to live a life without limits. We take the time with you to work out what is important to you. From here, we work with you to formulate a plan on how you can get there and get back to doing what you love. We will offer guidance and help you to recognise your strengths and weaknesses, so you may learn and develop skills to help you achieve your goals and set even more.
We support your right to be you. We are open to all participants and your backgrounds. We will work with you to help work out the best provider for your personal circumstances. All of our staff have completed further training to recognise and support each of our participants and their right to choose!
Our Core module covered:
- Rights and responsibility for participants
- Governance and operational management
- The provision of supports, and
- The support provision environment.
- Our supplementary modules cover: Early childhood supports
