Running Retraining involves a comprehensive assessment of your pain or injury. We assess your physical abilities against our own innovative physical competency checklist.

If you get pain when running, it is essential that you have your running form assessed.

Our Physiotherapists have a comprehensive understanding of injury and running mechanics. We assess your running form to fine tune running technique to “offload” and redistribute excessive forces away from the injured site. This can often:
- Reduce pain IMMEDIATELY
- Improve training quality and,
- Improve performance.
